Starting seeds.
Lookie!

I bought some little seed kits in the Dollar Spot at Target last week. I don't know if they'll sprout or not, but I figured for a buck each, I really couldn't go wrong. I've been wanting to start some fresh herbs for a reeeeeeally long time now, anyway. So we have basil, chives, and oregano.
And each tiny little pot came with this weird little hockey puck-looking dirt pellet, that grew about five times in size when I poured a tiny bit of water on it. It was kinda fun!

I bet those would look great in the window above your stove! And I cannot log in to leave you comments. Ugh.

Oh that's what they are! Ignore my question on flickr ;)
Are you doing blogger template designs now? How much?

Aren't those expanding pellets cool? I really need to get my herbs growing again, too. I've been such a slacker with plants, lately.

Oh, we've done those before - we had flowers, though. It sure is neat watching the 'dirt' explode! LOL!
