Paul got up very early today to head out of here - much earlier than we're used to getting up! He came into bed and kissed me goodbye before he left, and then since I was awake anyway, I just lay there in bed for a little bit, listening to him putter around downstairs until it was quiet.

And then I felt so bad that I didn't go down and see him off, since I was awake anyway. I started feeling downright sad about him being gone! So I sent him a text, saying, "I miss you already!" A few minutes later, he was back! I thought he turned all the way around and came back to give me another kiss, but no. Haha! Turns out they hadn't even left yet, because they were waiting for one of the guys to show up and he was running late.

So, I put on my shoes and went out in my jammies and waved goodbye as they rumbled out of the neighborhood. Bye bye, bikers!

P.S. Don't worry, I won't be alone with all these kids!! I have people staying with me, and we have cop neighbors who are looking out for us too. It's all good!
