Disclosure Policy
Hi there, reader! You may have noticed some sponsored content on this site. The Enginerd and Wife are parents to five little monkeys, and they really seem to like it when we feed them, so accepting paid sponsorship just seems to make sense for us.
Here is our official disclosure policy regarding sponsored content. The policy is valid from January 1 of 2007 until further notice.
Enginerd and Wife is a personal blog written and edited by "the Wife" - also known as Laura, LaLa, or you can just call me Supermom. For questions about this blog, please contact me at lalatwinmama@yahoo.com. Advertising inquiries may also be directed to that email address.
This blog accepts forms of cash advertising, sponsorship, paid insertion, and other forms of compensation, such as wine, chocolate, and flattery. Occasionally, advertisers like to send us samples of their product in exchange for our honest, unbiased review. We enjoy these reviews and welcome such relationships, as long as the sponsor understands that the review will be based on our actual findings from using the product, and we won't hesitate to say that it sucks if it really does. Well, we won't say it like THAT, we'll be really nice about it. And witty and funny, too, naturally.
The compensation received may influence the advertising content, topics, or posts written in this blog. However, every post you read on this site truthful and factual. I ALWAYS give MY honest opinions, findings, beliefs, or experiences on those topics or products. The views and opinions expressed on this blog are purely mine. Any product claim, statistic, quote or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer, provider or party in question. Objects in mirror are larger than they appear. Your results may vary.
Certain companies, organizations or individuals may have a significant impact on the content of this blog. We are employed by or consult with: PayPerPost, Blogsvertise, and various private individuals. This list may change at any time, without notice. I also blog about our family and friends, and if we have a personal relationship, you may read about it on this blog. I try not to share private details, but I think it’s funny, I’m probably going to write about it. Funny trumps mean. ;-)
